Redesign of existing newspaper, creation of new sections and magazines
There’s nothing quite like the challenge of redesigning a newspaper, not once but twice. When Gould arrived at the Daily News, editor Martin Dunn wanted her to update the typography. This required mastering an old computer system.
A few years later new color presses were installed which required a different page size format and there was the introduction of a new CMS system, so a new design was needed also.
These are just a few examples of the thousands of pages.
